My brief for my A2 Coursework Portfolio in Media is as follows:
A promotion package for the release of an album; to include a music promo video, together with two of the following: a digitpak for the album's release, a magazine advertisement for the release of the digipak.
The project will consist of four different parts: Research, Planning, Construction & Evaluation. Research will include exploring the key conventions of the chosen genre, and will then influence the planning side as we will plan to suit the audience's expectations and knowledge from the genre. Construction will include things like test shots, trying out different shot types, and finally the evaluation will evaluate the product as a whole, looking at the success of it.
